This is Eric Moorhouse – Eric is a local hero here in Hilton, Derbyshire.
Eric has raised over £1500 so far (as of date of publishing) by making bookmarks and selling them to raise money for the Ukraine, smashing his original target out of sight.
We popped in to support him at one of his events at Tutbury Cricket Club where he sold bookmarks all through the day so we presented him with his own limited edition Lord Ted bookmark. The club presented him with a signed shirt by Freddie Flintoff no less and also donated all the proceeds on the day to his total – fabulous!
We are so proud of you Eric - well done!!
We decided to surprise Eric at home with a unique 'Exceptional Achievement Award' for his amazing work with Eric's Bookmarks for Ukraine and it completely blew his mind!
It’s important to recognise Eric's phenomenal efforts and he’s already chosen a prime spot on his bedroom wall to display his certificate!
